Are you a health or mental health provider wanting to broaden your understanding of neurodiversity and incorporate effective, practical evidence-based strategies into your practice? Or maybe you're a school-based OT, PT, or Speech therapist looking for more effective, easy to implement techniques? From pediatricians to dentists, social workers to psychologists, I offer training and consultation to teach and support all professionals in creating neurodiversity-affirming practices.
For Educators & School Staff
Whether you are an Exceptional Children's teacher or a Gen Ed teacher...a pre-K teacher or a high school teacher...you are likely working with neurodivergent students every day. And, it's likely that your education, training, and past experiences (while vast!) have not adequately prepared you to educate and connect with these students, especially in this post-pandemic world.
That's OK - I got you! I understand both neurodivergent learners and the logistics and challenges of the education system. I support educators, admin, and other school based professionals by offering professional development and consultation.

For Health Professionals
You're a health care professional who wants to make their practice more inclusive and neurodiversity affirming. Maybe you've heard from parents that they are having difficulty taking their neurodivergent child to the dentist or pediatrician for a routine check up. Perhaps you've seen autistic patients have extreme anxiety or distressing behaviors during their medical procedures. Or, you've had difficulty completing your protocols as thoroughly as you'd like due to social-communication challenges.
I can help! Through training and individualized consultation, I can help you and your entire practice be a more welcoming, accessible, and neurodiversity affirming place for all your patients.

For Organizations
Museums, summer camps, recreation centers, places of worship, and work places - neurodivergent people are in all of these spaces. Unfortunately, these places are not always truly accessible. Autistic individuals and their families may miss out on experiences, opportunities, even jobs due to accessibility barriers. It doesn't have to be that way though.
Training and consultation will support your organization in increasing its accessibility to neurodivergent people. Check out some of my past work with a museum here. |
